STIL

Kratak sažetak rada treba napisati na srpskom ili engleskom (za radove van srpskog govornog područja) jeziku u pravougaoniku dimenzija 12,5 (širina) x 14 (visina) cm. Koristiti jednostruki prored i veličinu slova od najmanje 10 pt. Naslov rada treba da bude napisan velikim slvoima. Posle prvog slova imena napisati prezime autora (npr. P.Petrović). Ne treba navoditi titule i zvanja. Potrebno je navesti naziv ustanove i grad, ali ne i adresu i broj pošte. Ostaviti jedan red slobodan pre nego što napišete tekst sažetka.


USLOV ZA PRIJAVU SAŽETAKA

Sadržaj rada mora biti originalan i ne sme biti prezentovan na ranijim kongresima dermatovenerologa Srbije i Crne Gore (uključujući i Beogradske dermatološke dane).


OBAVEŠTENJE O PRIJEMU I PRIHVATANJU RADOVA

Odmah po prijemu sažetka, bićete obavečteni o tome da smo Vaš sažetak uredno primili i dobićete broj pod kojim je Vaš rad zaveden. Naučni odbor će pregledati sve primljenje sažetke i odabrati radove koji će biti prezentovani na kongresu. Obaveštenje o prihvatanju radova, zajedno sa svim tehničkim detaljima značajnim za Vašu prezentaciju (usmeno izlaganje ili poster), dobićete do 15.04.2005.godine.


Molimo Vas da pre pisanja sažetka rada pažljivo pročitate sledeća pravila:

1. Kratak sažetak rada treba napisati na srpskom ili engleskom (za radove van srpskog govornog područja) jeziku u odgovarajućem formularu.
2. Kratak sažetak rada treba da sadrži sledeće elemente:
- cilj rada;
- material i metode;
- ukratko izneti rezultati (tabele su dozvoljenje u okviru predviđenog prostora);
- zaključak (nije prihvatljivo napisati: "rezultati će biti diskutovani" ili "rezultati će biti prezentovani").
3. Molimo Vas da obavezno popunite broj glavne teme za koju prijavljujete rad, da li biste želeli da imate usmeno izlaganje rada ili poster-prezentaciju, kao i adresu na koju ćemo Vas kontaktirati, pre nego što pošaljete sažetak rada.
4. RADOVI KOJI NE ISPUNJAVAJU NAVEDENA PRAVILA NEĆE BITI RAZMATRANI
5. USLOV DA RAD BUDE PREZENTOVAN NA KONGRESU JE REGISTRACIJA - UPLATA KOTIZACIJE UČESNIKA.

TheScientific Committee invites Authors to submit abstracts for consideration and inclusion in the programme. Please follow very carefully the instructions before sending the abstract.
Deadline for abstract submission: April 6, 2009.
Confirmation of abstract selection: April 17, 2009.

SUBMISSION

The abstract submission is only possible via Internet. Please visit the website www.udvs.org at the page “Call for Abstracts” to download the abstract form.
The completed abstract forms should be sent by e-mail to the address: abstract@udvs.org
Faxed copies or mailed originals will not be accepted.
Please be sure to indicate: name, address, telephone, fax and e-mail of the corresponding author for further correspondence.

 

STYLE

The abstract must be writen in Serbian or English, single spaced, size of pt. 12 font Times New Roman. Maximum word number is 300. Title should be writen in upper case (capitals).
Authors last names should be preceded by initials of the first name (e.g. P. Brown). Degrees, titles, institutional appointments must not be indicated. Institutions names must be indicated including cities and countries but without mailing addresses or zip codes. Leave a blank line before starting the abstract text.

 

CONDITIONS OF SUBMISSION

The material in the abstract must be original and must not have been presented previously at any meeting of dermatovenereologists of Serbia.

 

ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND NOTIFICATION

Notification of receipt will be sent by e-mail to the submitting author upon receipt of the abstract, the acknowledgment number is the proof that the abstract has been correctly received. All abstracts received by the indicated deadline will be selected by a Scientific Committee. Acceptance, together with all technical details for presentation (oral or poster), will be notified to the submitting author by April 17, 2009.
